Reméire - (pronounced Rem-Air-a) is a privately owned Irish business.. The Finlay family has been
associated with the funeral business going back five generations to the middle of the nineteenth century. The family had a sawmill that provided timber to the
local undertakers, who were supplied with pre-sawn native Irish timbers to make their own coffins. In the early 1930s, Jack Finlay established a coffin
manufacturing business and today Finlays of Ardee is still the leading supplier of coffins and funeral products in Ireland today.
In 2005, John Finlay established Reméire, a new internationally focused business offering a range of quality Irish and Celtic themed remembrance and
memorial products to the international Irish community, particularly in North America. Based in Ireland and the United States, Reméire is a customer
focused company with a solid reputation built on years of proven reliability, customer service, product quality and value for money.
Our vision is to provide a unique range of high quality products and services that enable families and individuals to celebrate and
commemorate the life of someone special through their unique connection with Ireland and with their Irish heritage. Our website affords funeral
arrangers the opportunity to select from our unique range of coffins, caskets and urns. We have developed this product range over 3 generations and
